Want to improve your posture, reduce stress, improve your core strength and have a balanced workout for your body, then come and try Pilates.
My matwork classes are taught in a fun and friendly environment and you will be taught by demonstration, description and gentle touch.
Pilates is a non-competitive exercise and you will be able to work at your own pace. The exercises are varied so everyone works within their limits, but still being challenged. The course content is progressive enabling you to achieve more from your Pilates as you develop your technique.
Exercises are performed on mats, with a range of equipment such as stretch bands balls and small hand weights to add challenge, and classes last 60 minutes. All equipment is provided.
The matwork classes are taught as courses in blocks of 6 weeks and must be booked in advance to secure your place.
WHAT TO WEAR
Something that is comfortable and gives you the ability to move freely such as jogging pants or leggings with a t-shirt.
